Roles we are looking for:
- Technical Sales and Account Management
- IT Infrastructure engineering
- First line ICT support
- Voice solutions consultant
- CCTV and audio visual specialist.
** We are actively looking for Level 1 and Level 2 engineers for IT, Engineering and Voice Services **

Operating within a consulting model requires a high level of commitment, professionalism and integrity.
This includes:
- Good presentation and communication skills with ability to handle client relationships at all levels and establish personal relationships.
- Sound analytical and technical thinking skills, to ensure excellent service delivery and reliability.
- Ability to grasp non-technical issues, industry awareness and able to give trusted advice.
Core skills & qualifications
- Relevant ICT or Microsoft/Cisco certifications
- Windows PC and Windows Server operating systems
- Microsoft 365 services in Office/Outlook, Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, AzureAD and related
- Networking, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, Wifi, internet connectivity
- Cloud-based Servers, Backup, Antivirus, file shares, domain registrations, DNS and SSL
- Telephony and Voip experience would be an advantage
- Basic engineering skills such as hardware repair and patching/cabling.
Full induction and support for on-going training is provided.
